These are sample MediaWiki skins that can be quickly customized for you. Almost any web page design can be converted into a skin, so don’t think that your site must conform to these designs. You can design your own with software such as DreamWeaver, or hire a professional web designer to create a template.

MonoBook

MonoBook is the default MediaWiki skin. You’ll recognize it from Wikipedia.

KLsimple

KLsimple is the simplest of templates: change the color and add your logo and viola! Also listed are some variations of graphics and backgrounds.

  • KLsimple: Pure simplicity.
  • KLtree: For my personal website, I added art to the masthead and some wood backgrounds.
  • KLcloudbreak: A more interesting background.
  • KLdarkness: Some dark colors and backgrounds for horror fans.
